GETTING TO KNOW TEAM HAGMEYER

DON HAGMEYER, BROKER, RELO: joined john greene, REALTOR in February of 1985. Prior to entering the Real Estate business, he was a sales and marketing executive for Hallmark Cards and Condecor, Inc.

Don's last responsibility at Hallmark was General Sales Manager for a fifteen state area headquartered in Oak Brook, IL. Region personnel consisted of 150+ sales people, twelve District Managers and a support staff of twelve.

At Condecor, Inc., he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Don was responsible for new product development, advertising, merchandising and sales nationwide.

Believing that his consumer goods sales and marketing experience and talents were easily transferable to helping families purchase and sell homes, he left the corporate world and joined John greene, REALTOR. During his 20+ years at John greene, Don has helped over 800 families buy or sell over one hundred and seventy-five million dollars of residential real estate. He is a life member of the Diamond Award division of the Illinois Association of Realtors President's Club (qualification for membership requires sales of more than five million dollars for three consecutive years). His number of transactions and sales volume place him among the top 25 Realtors in the Naperville area. In 1991, he was appointed Vice President of John greene, REALTOR, and in 1993 he became Managing Broker of John greene West, the office located at Route 59 and Montgomery Road.

Don and his wife, Pat have been Naperville residents for thirty-seven years. His two married sons and three grandchildren also live in Naperville. In 1998, Don's son, Rich joined him in the Real Estate business. Don's hobbies are golf, reading and professional sports.

RICH HAGMEYER, BROKER, RELO: joined john greene, REALTOR in 1998. Prior to entering the Real Estate business, he was a sales and marketing executive for GTC International, Inc. and the owner of Industrial Staple Sales Company.

Rich's last responsibility at GTC was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the glass and mirror manufacturing company headquartered in Chicago, IL. Rich developed numerous successful new product launches and was responsible for the marketing effort and the entire sales team.

At Industrial Staple Sales Company, Rich was the owner for nine years. He was responsible for everything that is involved in managing a successful distribution company with eleven employees and over two thousand customers.

Believing that his previous business experience and his tremendous passion for the Naperville area were transferable to helping families buy and sell homes, Rich sold his business, formed a partnership with his father, Don, and joined him as a member of TEAM HAGMEYER.

Rich has lived in Naperville for thirty-seven years. He has been married to his wife Lisa for eighteen years and has two daughters, Lindsey and Christy. His hobbies include golfing, fishing, reading, coaching and spending time with his family and friends.

JACKIE THURLBY, CSS, CNS, EPRO, RELO: is committed to customer satisfaction, this has affirmed her desire to make your home buying or selling experience as pleasurable and stress-free as possible. Jackie is a Certified Staging Consultant, Relocation Specialist and Presidents Club member.

Since 1980 Jackie has owned a business in the beauty service industry and has tremendous experience working with people on a personal level and has employed as many as thirty people at one time. Her diversity runs from consulting in self-image, personality development and management. Jackie brings this experience to her Real Estate business and prides herself in her people skills and effective communication. This has been a great benefit to both buyer and seller clients.

She has lived in the Western Suburbs and Naperville for 35 years giving her vast knowledge of the area. Her past experience as a Lisle/Naperville business owner, her volunteer work within the community, School District 203 and serving in her church have all enhanced her loyalty and commitment to working with people and listening to their needs. Jackie and her husband Cal have three children, Cayley, Cade and Chelsea, the family lives in Lisle. They enjoy golf, volleyball and family vacations.
